How can you submit your request? 

• We accept all 3D file formats such as: .stl, .sldprt, .igs, .stp, .prt, .catpart, . 3mf, .sat, .par and …. 
• If you don’t have a 3D model of your part, don’t wory. We can create its 3D model by a 2D sketch in any format: .dwg, .dxf, … or a hand-drawing sketch 
• If you have a broken part and want to replace it by 3D printed one, it is very simple. You have 2 option : 
  • Send it to us for measuring and reproducing the same object or 
  • taking some photo from around the object and/or make measurement by means of any tool around you. We make a 3D model based on information that you provided and after your confirmation we will reproduces the part. 
• We need to know the printing parameters of your 3D printed part, mostly : Material type, Layer height and Infill percentage. If you don’t know exactly what is the best match for your case, don’t worry, we can help you to choose the right ones. You can read the The key parameters in 3D printing article or contact us.
